Sennheiser Partners with Jumbo Electronics in the UAE

Sennheiser has long been a company that takes it crafting of headphones seriously. In its fourth quarter of 2012, Sennheiser was the top company in the UAE when it came to headphone sales in the fourth quarter of last year. Sennheiser had a pretty good end to 2012 and beginning to 2013 all the way around. Among other highlights, the company’s products were heavily features at last month’s Grammy Awards show.

The company isn’t resting on its laurels, also releasing a revamping of the Momentum Black headphones. The company believes that its unmatched sound quality and innovation has made it the UAE’s audio expert. That is one of the reasons why the country’s Jumbo Electronics has formed a partnership with the company.

Sanjeev Misra, head of Agencies division, Jumbo Electronics said, "Jumbo's strategic alliance with Sennheiser started in 2006 and reinforces Jumbo's distribution expertise and diversification across various product categories and channel partners. Jumbo continues to leverage its strong leadership position with an effective marketing strategy to promote the brand, Sennheiser in the UAE and across the region."

According to Heston Saldanha, manager of Sennheiser, his company has been working with Jumbo electronics for a while now in order to bring customers in the UAE as good a sound quality as is possible. Saldanha said, “Its expertise as a distributor in the region and their robust retail network has made them an invaluable partner for Sennheiser in the Middle East. With the constantly changing market, Sennheiser has always focused on innovation that complements lifestyles while enhancing the digital entertainment experience."

This partnership has allowed Jumbo Electronics to become the exclusive distributor of Sennheiser products. That partnership is the reason that Sennheiser has managed to post such impressive sales numbers in that region.
